- 1 / 5By Joshua GhanMy wife and I were there trying to make a purchase. She tried to use her military ID and was told by the guy at the counter, Leroy, that it wasn't a valid form of ID. I tried to explain to him that it very much is a valid form of federal ID and he acted like he wanted to come over the counter and attack us. My wife and I are both veterans and felt both threatened and disrespected. Probably the second worst experience I've ever had with customer service. I will never go there again except to talk to the manager about the experience.April 11, 2017
