Chicken, Bacon, and Onion rings (on sandwich--never had issue with fresh ones) have been overcooked and/or left in the hot bins too long and are rubber and completely inedible. In fact I have not had a decent chicken patty from any Carl's in a long time which is a shame because the Santa Fe chicken was one of the best sandwiches at any chain. At this rate I am going to be forced to *gasp* not eat fast food and get healthy or something. Blasphemy!April 28, 2017
